All of the homes developed on a subdivision of the Arden Wood property along 15th Avenue have sold and are now occupied. Traffic continues to worsen, though it's somewhat aleviated along 15th Ave. becuase the St. Francis Circle MUNI construction is periodically blocking access onto West Portal Ave (and subsequently to 15th Ave as well).
